Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HRish website (https://hrish.in) and your purchase of digital products and services offered on it ("Products"). HRish is operated by Subin Daniel, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). By using this site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
HRish sells digital HR products — document kits, policy templates, interactive tools and related materials — and provides HR consulting services under separate written agreements. Digital Products are delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.
2. Not legal advice
Our Products are structured templates and tools prepared with professional HR care. They are not legal advice and do not create any advisor–client relationship. Laws change and vary by state and circumstance. You are responsible for having Products reviewed by your own legal counsel before adoption, use or filing.
3. Payment and delivery
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g. Instamojo). Digital Products are delivered by download link and/or email immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive access within 2 hours, contact brindha.soundararajan@hrish.in and we will resend it.
4. Licence and permitted use
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product within one organisation. You may customise and use the documents internally. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the Products or any substantial part of them, or use them to build a competing product.
5. Intellectual property
All content, tools, designs and materials on this site and in the Products remain the intellectual property of Subin Daniel.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from the use of Products without appropriate legal review.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass payment or licence mechanisms, or use the Products for any unlawful purpose.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on this page applies from its "last updated" date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
