Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers purchases of digital products from HRish (https://hrish.in), operated by Subin Daniel.

1. Digital products

Our Products are digital downloads and online tools delivered instantly after payment. Because they cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are generally final.

2. When we will refund

We will issue a full refund, no argument, in these cases:

• Non-delivery: you paid but did not receive the download or access, and we could not fix it within 48 hours of you contacting us.
• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same Product.
• Broken product: files are corrupted or a tool does not function, and we could not provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

3. When we won't refund

• Change of mind after download or tool access.
• Purchasing the wrong product where the product page clearly described the contents.
• Dissatisfaction with outcomes arising from use without legal review — our Products are templates and tools, not legal advice.

4. How to request

Email brindha.soundararajan@hrish.in within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via our payment partner.

5. Cancellations

Since delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Consulting engagements are governed by their own written agreements.
