This Privacy Policy explains what information HRish (https://hrish.in), operated by Subin Daniel, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, collects and how we use it. We keep this simple and collect the minimum we need.
1. What we collect
- Purchase information: your name, email address and payment confirmation, provided via our payment partner when you buy a Product. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — those are handled by the payment gateway.
- Email signups: your email address if you subscribe for free tools or updates.
- Tool inputs: our interactive tools (e.g. policy generators) run in your browser; the answers you enter are used to generate your document and are not transmitted to our servers unless the tool states otherwise.
- Basic analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, approximate location) to understand site traffic.
2. How we use it
- To deliver Products you purchase and send purchase-related emails.
- To send updates or tips if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- To improve our Products and site.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We do not send marketing email without your signup.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store — payment processing (e.g. Instamojo), email delivery and website hosting — and only what they need to perform their function, or where required by law.
5. Data retention and your rights
We retain purchase records as required for tax and accounting. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to brindha.soundararajan@hrish.in. We honour these requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Cookies
The site may use minimal cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser without losing the ability to purchase.
